On the one hand, it increases mobility and range of motion in the joints, on the other it increases flexibility and blood circulation to the muscles and relaxes the body. Additionally, it reduces the risk of injury. It helps us to better use the bodily potential and regenerate faster, while increasing safety during training with improved flexibility and condition. Mobility & Stretching is therefore not only a mere complement to the training, but stand-alone training regime. We use various kinds of equipment, like gums, rollers, balls, kettles.

This Body&Mind program is based on exercises performed at the pace of your own breathing and in full concentration. The training is conducted to peaceful musical tracks, strengthens the deep muscles of the abdomen, back, and pelvis, and teaches you to maintain the correct posture. Additional equipment can be used, such as Ovoball, Toller, or Magic Circle.
