What are OPEN and HALF OPEN passes?
An OPEN pass gives unlimited access to all Fitness Platinium® clubs in Krakow. Services include gym access, group classes (fitness and Spinning®), Chillout Zones, access to 24/7 clubs, and additional services.
A HALF OPEN pass gives you access to all Fitness Platinium® clubs in Krakow beginning with their opening hours, as long you enter before 16 PM. You can stay in a club for as long as you want, even until its closing hours.
The HALF OPEN pass lets you all use of our services, including 24/7 clubs at night:
Monday–Thursday: 11:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Friday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Saturday: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Sunday: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
What is the activation fee?
The activation fee is PLN 30. New clients are given a padlock (while stock lasts). You must pay the activation fee if you are a new client.
How do I buy a pass on-line?
To buy a pass on-line, click the “PASS ONLINE” button at the top of the page. If you are a new client, click “Register” and enter your contact data.
Is the first entry to the club free?
The entry fee for clients who do not have an active or suspended pass is PLN 19. This includes the first entry.
How old do I have to be to become a member?
To become a member, you have to be 15 or older. In addition, persons aged 15–18 years must provide a written consent of their parent or their caretaker. You can find the consent form in the “Downloads” tab.
How do I sign up for group classes?
Registration begins seven days before the scheduled start of each class. You can sign up on-line at our website. Remember that on-line registration is the fastest and most convenient way.
All classes have a maximum number of participants, but you can always sign-up for the standby list. As soon as there is a free spot, you’ll be automatically transferred onto the main list. We’ll also inform you about it.
I’ve signed up for classes, but I won’t be able to come.
If you are unable to come to the classes you have registered for, remember to unregister from the list no later than two hours before the classes to make room for another person. If you fail to unregister and do not come to the classes, you’ll be charged a fee of PLN 10 for each hour of classes. You’ll also be blocked from registering on-line until you pay the fee.
How do Multisport cards and other accepted cards work?
Multisport cards and other accepted cards work the same way as an OPEN pass, that is, they let you enter the gym, group classes, and the Chillout Zone with no additional fees. When you enter the club, show your ID along with the card.
How do I sign up for classes if I use a sports card/benefits?
Users of partner packages (eg MultiSport, FitProfit, FitSport, Medicover Sport) can set up an account in the Customer Panel on their own at www.panelklienta.fitnessplatinium.pl or at the club's kiosk. After creating an account and registering for classes, it is necessary to visit the reception in order to present a sports card and an identity document (Medicover Sport card users are excluded from this obligation).
How do you pay on-line for the pass through the Client Portal?
To extend your pass quickly and conveniently, use on-line payment. You can make a transfer through the Przelewy24 payment agent by entering your credit or debit card number. Remember to enter the CVC code from the back of your card before you make the payment.
I was late with my payment for the next month. What now?
You have 14 days after your last pass expires to pay for the following month at the preferential price. If you made your payment no more than 14 days late, the paid amount will count backwards, that is, your settlement period will not change, the expiration date of your pass will remain the same, and you’ll still be entitled to the lower prices.
Can I suspend my pass?
You can suspend your pass, for any reason (including medical reasons), for 30 days or a multiple of 30 days (that is, 60 days, 90 days, etc.). For every 30 days of suspension, you’ll be charged a fee of PLN 20. During the suspension period, you cannot use the services of our clubs. The suspension of the subscription allows you to maintain its continuity. You can start the suspension at any time during the validity of the subscription and terminate it at any time.
